About

I began my formal training in 1991 after the emergence of my own awareness into the spiritual realms. I followed through on my ever increasing interest to understand these realms and the path that was presenting itself. I completed the higher self connection training and spent another two years studying to teach in this field. I have studied reflexology, clinical hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, past life regression and have attended regular conference trainings and ongoing trainings with the Australian Hypnotherapy Association. I have been in full time practice as well as teaching the path to the higher self in the Authentic Insight Program since 1997.

Ensuring your foundation is well formed

I am committed to helping you to form a well developed working foundation. I specialise in helping you to identify and correctly work with the teachings of the first four of your seven chakras and can assist you to move through foundational and deeper soul issues that you may be facing. If your foundation levels are working well you can move ahead with ease.

I am naturally both welcoming and accepting of you and the lessons you are yet to learn and I provide a space free of judgement.

Everyone can get stuck

I like working with people who have more challenging life stories. I appreciate, respect and find great value in those who have struggled to find their self worth, self respect, authenticity and their deeper purpose. Everyone gets stuck at times and may cycle through lower and disempowering states of being. It is very satisfying to see a person evolve out of these states.

I will ask you insightful questions and observe, listen and pay close attention to the many subtle signs and signals that you give unconsciously. I will help you to become aware of what you may have initially missed in the understandings you have formed. I will highlight where internal aspects may be in conflict. I will lead you toward correcting the internal conflict as well as thoroughly processing into and progressing beyond an event.

I will highlight when your soul, the deeply held engine that powers your whole being, begins to process through an event. Everything gets easier when your soul is recognised. The soul levels are my natural inclination and my passion to support your soul ensures that your deepest and sometimes most difficult issues are being met.

I take a unique approach to help you make empowering changes for yourself. I use creative skills to identify hidden truths that otherwise may elude your conscious mind. I specialise in working with your energetic intelligence that is comprised of the major energetic centres as well as the energetic field.

As I work with you I pay attention to the detail and go far beyond the surface of your problem.

You have a multi-faceted intelligence and it is your own wisdom that I take my cue from and work with. This includes your subconscious mind, heart, soul and intuitive wisdom. I listen out for your potential and stretch my awareness to help you to reach your finer and deeper levels of intelligence.

I will leave no stone unturned and consequently this allows you to identify the learning required to solve your issues. The new perspective that arises leads you to make better choices and to refine your solutions.

You can benefit from my experience which spans over nineteen years in full time practice as a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Energetic therapist. Clients definitely gain from regular release work. I am thorough and will encourage you to use techniques to help you to integrate the changes that will occur as we work together.

The cornerstone

I continue to be fascinated with people’s need to be better, healthier and happier on all levels, including their spirit. This keeps me at the forefront of continual learning and change.

Fundamentally my heart’s desire is to find ways to teach you techniques to be able to work with your self and this has become a cornerstone of my work.

My innate awareness provides me with access into the fine levels of consciousness, which when clear can allow for a person’s brilliance and inspiration to flow.

My purpose and drive is to ensure that each person correctly uses and embodies the higher levels available to them and aligns their own intelligence correctly with their higher self.
